A.P.O., an agent of the State Attorney General’s office, was murdered whilst cleaning a patrol van in Tijuana, Baja California state. He was shot in the chest and back. According to eyewitnesses, the sicarios fled in a green Cherokee-type truck.
A. had previously survived two previous attacks. Locals described A. as sullen and aggressive.
